We keep only what we need to run your bookings, and we keep it safe.
What we keep
The first name, last name, phone number and, if given, the email address you write when you book.
Your booking history: service, date, time and payment.
Care notes we keep in the salon (for example the treatment you prefer).
If you sign in with Google or Apple, only your name and email address reach us. We never see your password or anything else in your account.
Why we use it
To create your booking, remind you of it and tell you about changes.
To let you sign in to your account and show your past bookings.
To improve our service (for example to ask for a rating).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not give it to others for advertising.
Only the services that deliver our messages (SMS, WhatsApp, email) and our server provider handle as much of it as is needed to run the service.
We may give information to the authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Your booking history is kept while your account is open and for the legal retention periods. When you ask for deletion, it is deleted, except what the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You have the right to know what we keep about you, to have it corrected and to ask for its deletion.
