Delete your Delos Beauty account and data

Delete it in the app

1. Open the Delos Beauty app and sign in.

2. Go to the Account page.

3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Delete it without the app

If you cannot open the app, or you want only some of your data deleted without deleting the account, write to support@delosbeauty.com with your registered phone number or call +90 212 474 70 70. We answer your request within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

Your sign-in details (your account and its link to your phone number).

Your app notification registrations.

Your chat messages in the app and the photos you sent.

What is kept

The salon's own records: past bookings and payments. We must keep them for the period set by accounting and tax law. After your account is deleted they can no longer be used to sign in; they are kept only for that legal duty and deleted when the period ends.
