Foot care without water

A dry pedicure is a foot care method done without water. In a traditional pedicure the feet are soaked in hot water before nail trimming, filing and skin care; in a dry pedicure the treatment is done without soaking. This prevents the skin from drying out and many people find it more comfortable.
